Wow, can you guys believe it's already May? April went by like a flash!
I had such a blast with NetGalley April and I really hope you guys did as well.
In total, 67 people signed up to participate and all 67 of you will be receiving a vist from me soon - either to your blog or twitter to remind you that it is time to WRAP IT UP!
I'm asking all 67 of you to either:
*Do a blog post highlighting the NetGalley books you read OR wanted to read but just couldn't and comment below with your post link
*Do a similar type post in Facebook (on your fan page or as a note or even just as a status update) and comment below with your link
*Comment and list out all the NetGalley books you read or wanted to read but couldn't
*Email me your list -- WilowRaven[at]yahoo[dot]com
You only need to do one of these things but please pick one!
It's not mandatory in order to win the prizes BUT it will be for NetGalley July and how cool will it be to see what everyone read this month?
I'll give you all a week or so to get your wrapping up done and next week I'll pick some winners!
Ok - time to make my rounds! Hope to see all your comments and links and wonderfulness soon :)
I'm sorry that I didn't participate in NetGalley April, but I am going to participate in NetGalley July! Looking forward to it! :)

Well, I had high aspirations, but only completely one Netgalley book during April!
ReplyDeleteCompleted: The Goddess Test
Started: Die For me & Starcrossed (I ended up getting a print copy of this one)
Thanks for hosting this! I'm sure I'll be participating in July, too!
Thanks for poking me on twitter, I would have completely forgotten to do this! I only read one book (my kindle broke and I have exams, an unfortunate combo...) but I can't wait for July so I can try again!

I idn't do as many Netgalley reviews this quarter because of the lack of Kindle reading. I can't read off the computer, even my laptop. It's just to difficult, it strains my eyes and brings on headaches-not to mention I spend enough time on the computer blogging, stalking authors, tweeting, stalking authors, blogging, tweeting, etc... :o]
Sorry about not participating in Aprils but I, too, promise to keep track of all for July! Especially now that I can use my Kindle for so many of them!
I, sadly only read one book from netgalley this month:
ReplyDeleteHereafter by Tara Hudson.
I had planned on reading more, but it just didn't happen. I'm going to try a lot harder for NetGalley July.
Thanks for hosting this!
~Kapri
I read:
ReplyDeleteLost in the River of Grass
This Girl is Different
and
The Goddess Test
I had hoped to read Lost Voices as well, but never got around to it.
Thanks for hosting NetGalley Month!
I read one (The Goddess Test) and started another (The Girl in the Steel Corset). Hopefully I'll do better this month!
ReplyDeleteThanks for hosting this event :) It was a fantastic idea!
This past month I read:
ReplyDelete- Kiss of Darkness by Loribelle Hunt (alright)
- The Restorer by Amanda Stevens (v. good)
- Mercy by Rebecca Lim (v. good)
- Rage by Jackie Kessler (alright)
- No More Mr Nice Guy by Jennifer Greene (good)
I feel I'll do much better in July. Hopefully. =)
Whew... I'm glad I'm not the only one who didn't read as many as I had hoped! I finished Evangeline by Gwen Williams. Looking forward to trying again in July!
ReplyDeleteI didn't take part this last month, but I'm definitely signing up in July!
ReplyDeleteI read:

ReplyDeleteI failed at April NetGalley month :( My miserable list is now posted over at Wicked Awesome Books.
ReplyDeleteI'm so excited you're doing this again in July - I'll definitely plan for it. I included my recap at the end of my month in review post: http://bookretreat.blogspot.com/2011/05/month-in-review-april-2011.html
ReplyDeleteI already had commitments for April that precluded me from participating in NetgalleyApril but I'm so psyched for Netgalley July!

ReplyDeleteonly 6 books, but I cleared out half my queue simply through weeding out what I no longer needed to read as a galley (or no longer could).
Hope I am not too late!! April proved to be very, very busy and I did a terrible job on this challenge-I only finished one. Here's the link to my post:http://textnjava.blogspot.com/2011/05/failing.html
ReplyDeleteOne is better than none! Thanks for the challenge and I'll be back in July (cracks knuckles for rematch).
Thanks so much for hosting this! I didn't read as many as I would have liked but there's always July!

Thanks for hosting NetGalley April! It is great motivation to read the NG books that are hiding on my e-reader. Looking forward to July!
ReplyDeleteI read just one NG book, but also updated some of my reviews on the site.
http://thereadingdate.wordpress.com/2011/05/01/april-reading-recap/
thanks for hosting netgalley month, it really helped me get a few books off my review list. I was able to get to Queen of The Dead, Dead Is Not An Option, and Awaken. Not as many as I had hoped but I was happy with that. Thanks again, Shari
