Hello and Welcome!

Red House Books is going through a bit of a update!

I've always had a pretty clear vision of what I wanted this space to be but I've been detoured from my path by...lots and lost of other people's opinions and ways of doing things...

I'm committed to this little chunk of the interweb but I've also branched out into other places so! Now it's time to think of Red House Books as more of a hub of all things me! And Me is a hell of a lot of book love!

Stay tuned!

In My Mailbox - March 25, 2012

In My Mailbox is hosted by The Story Siren :)

I didn't buy anything this week! Pretty sure next week will be different ;)

Links are to Goodreads

From PaperBackSwap
Don't let the pretty, calming, sweet cover fool you - I've heard this one is creepy as hell! Been on my wishlist for a while so I was really happy to snag a copy :)

For Review

(ARC - May 1, 2012 from Spencer Hill Press)
2012 DEBUT AUTHOR!!!!
The synopsis is pretty mysterious and I've heard really great things about this one.

(ARC - May 8, 2012 from Point)
Haven't read book 1 yet but it's coming up next on my list. Meg Cabot as been hit or miss for me in the past but I'm looking forward to reading this series.

Bonus
A Temptation of Angels postcard from Michelle Zink
I've gotten a bunch of stuff from Michelle in the past. She is one of the sweetest authors out there - always sending her fans little things in the mail :)
I'm going to be picking up or ordering my copy this week!

That's it for me this week!
What's in your mailbox? Leave a link in the comments and I'll try to stop by :)
Happy Reading everyone!

  3. Yayyy for debut authors!

I really liked Abandon but have seen other reviews where people didn't like it quite as much. Hope you enjoy the series.

  4. Oh gosh, creepy books scare me senseless. I'm not a horror kind of gal. I've read Abandon but I don't really remember the details of it. I guess I better brush up on the story before Underworld comes out. :) Great haul!
