Hello and Welcome!

Red House Books is going through a bit of a update!

I've always had a pretty clear vision of what I wanted this space to be but I've been detoured from my path by...lots and lost of other people's opinions and ways of doing things...

I'm committed to this little chunk of the interweb but I've also branched out into other places so! Now it's time to think of Red House Books as more of a hub of all things me! And Me is a hell of a lot of book love!

Stay tuned!

Monthly Reads - October 2010

Even though the Halloween candy fairy was a little too generous this year, I'm still sad to see October go.It was a great month for fabulous Fall weather, holiday tricks and treats and lots of great books!
Not looking forward to the onslaught of the retail industry pushing Christmas down my throat BUT I am looking forward to Thanksgiving. Turkey...yum!

I did better, reading wise, in October, then I have in a while! So, even though a few were very short and easy to read I'm still patting myself on the back - so there! :)

Let's see just how awesome I am - ha!

Beautiful Dead: Arizona by Eden Maguire
Secondhand Charm by Julie Berry
13 to Life by Shannon Delany

Woo hoo! I bet I can sneak a few more audio books in this month ;) Gotta love being able to listen to them at work - I love my job!

So, how was your October?

  1. Oh lucky!!! I love audiobooks, but haven't been listening as much as I need to. Great job this month! I loved Firelight and can't wait for the next in the series. I still need to read Ook and Gluk, but it's never in at my school (for good reason). :)
